Who We Are

Located in the centuries-old waterfront village of Manchester-by-the-Sea, OLSON LEWIS + Architects is a small, fast-paced office serving a diverse client base, including Life Sciences, Hospitality, Residential, and Education. As a firm, we take a personal and collaborative approach to every project, ensuring that our work reflects both craftsmanship and innovation.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for talented, motivated individuals who are eager to contribute to our team and help us shape Beautiful Places.

The ideal candidate is:

  • A well-rounded designer with strong design and communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and adept at time management.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, but also confident working independently.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, adaptable environment where flexibility is key.
  • A creative problem solver, willing to develop innovative design solutions.
  • Technically proficient, with knowledge of construction methods and building codes.
  • Proactive and self-directed, taking initiative in all aspects of their work.
  • A strong visual communicator, with experience in 3D modeling, graphic design, and presentations.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

  • Professional Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
  • Fluency in Revit or ArchiCAD (BIM experience preferred).
  • Rendering and graphic software proficiency (Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Enscape, etc.).
  • On a path to professional licensure (LEED accreditation is a plus).
