We’re excited to share a major milestone in the Tenacre Country Day School New Design Center project in Wellesley, MA. One of the key challenges was relocating the historic Appledore House, a 4,120 square foot structure built in 1880. Preserving its legacy, we worked with Payne Construction Services to safely move the house, ensuring its integrity as it found a new home on campus.
With Appledore successfully relocated, the New Design Center is taking shape. This 9,480 square foot building will provide state-of-the-art learning spaces designed to inspire creativity and collaboration. In July, the final steel beam was lifted during a topping-off ceremony, marking a significant step forward in the project’s development.
A special thanks to our partners, Erland Construction and Scalora Consulting Group, for their dedication to this transformative project.
