The Myopia “Winter Clubhouse” is a multifunction facility.
The large post and beam hall with its’ adjacent kitchen allows the club to close its oversize, under insulated main clubhouse in the winter and move its’ winter dining to the new facility. The room, adjacent corridors and large porch also serve as the warming spot and viewing area for the winter paddle tennis program. One of the wings contains two squash courts. This coupled with the paddle tennis and summer tennis programs serves as a year round racquet program. The other wing includes men’s and women’s lockers and toilets for the winter programs and also serves as the summer pool lockers and bath facilities. The kitchen serves as the pool snack bar in the summer.
